Council has made serviced land available here, and we’re ready to develop it,” he says.The momentum is not stopping at residential. Once Bergsicht is complete, the developers plan to launch a mixed-use commercial site nearby, featuring offices, a hotel, and retail space.Accessibility and amenitiesThe development is easy to locate thanks to prominent signage across Windhoek, including a massive billboard at the site and directional signs from Klein Windhoek and Kleine Kuppe. As the area continues to grow, residents can look forward to increased access to schools, gyms, churches, and retail facilities, all within close proximity. With two units already sold and several more reserved, Spes Bona is urging interested buyers not to wait.“Come see us at our sales office on the corner of Independence Avenue and Mont Blanc Street, right opposite Novel Ford,” invites Visagie. “They’re going fast.”To ensure the right buyers know about Bergsicht, the team has launched an extensive social media campaign, which has already reached over 250 000 potential clients. Yet Visagie insists nothing beats personal recommendations.“We’ve already had great feedback from the launch. People are talking, networking.
