Shikongo appoints new regional commanders

Police Inspector General Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo has reshuffled regional commanders with effect from next month. Those who have been transferred are from Zambezi, Kavango West, Oshana, and the Presidential Security Unit. Commissioner Julia Sakua-Neo is transferred from the Kavango-West to the Zambezi region, while Commissioner Andreas Nelumbu moves from the position of presidential security chief to Kavango-West. Commissioner Naftal Sakaria leaves Oshana to take over duties protecting the president. Commissioner Andreas Shilelo takes over in Oshana from Zambezi.
