IN THE RACE: The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) announced yesterday the political parties and candidates that have been successfully registered for the upcoming general election in November. A total of 21 political parties have been registered, while all three independent candidates were sent back to fully comply with the registration requirements. PHOTOS: Augetto Graig
