CHANGE OF GUARD: The Namcor board yesterday removed Victoria Sibeya (left) as acting managing director of the national oil company. Sibeya, who assumed the role on 1 April following Ebson Uanguta’s return to the Bank of Namibia, held the position for just under five months. She is expected to return to her substantive post as Namcor’s executive for upstream exploration.
