#JustIn: N$4.2 million fraud case in court
The man who pleaded innocent in June this year to fraud charges related to about N$4.2 million appeared in the high court in Windhoek this morning. Morne du Plessis's company, Extreme Stationery, allegedly received the money for the supply of 1 385 000 exercise books from China. The state claims he utilised the entire amount for his personal benefit without delivering any writing supplies to the client. Du Plessis contends that it's just a "business transaction that went awry."
