Paratus' new service aimed at happy customers
SHORT NEWS
By phasing out outdated infrastructure, Paratus Namibia hopes to offer users a higher quality service with its new mobile service, launched on Tuesday.
This latest service offers a variety of competitive packages which, according to its managing director Andrew Hall, were designed with the user in mind.
Hall explained that the latest offering comes as a result of the market shifts that took place during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“What began as a necessity during the Covid era – enabling clients to log in from their homes – has grown into a fully digital way of connecting with Paratus,” he said.
The service covers 50 towns and 80 communities in Namibia, with priority given to the east–west and Windhoek–Oshakati links, as well as attention to the Windhoek–Noordoewer connection.
