REACHING OUT TO LEARNERS: National Assembly Speaker Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila visited David Sheehama Senior Secondary School in Outapi, Omusati region, last week as part of her Parliament Outreach Programme. She engaged learners and educators on the role of parliament, democratic governance and active citizenship, encouraging learners to value education, embrace leadership and contribute to national development.

A tour of the school highlighted challenges, including inadequate educational materials, limited library resources and an under-equipped science laboratory.
