ARMED
ARMED: From 28 July to 11 August, the Namibian Army conducted Exercise Thunder Bolt 14 at the King Nehale lyaMpingana Army Battle School at Oshivelo, Oshikoto Region. The exercise formed part of the company group commanders course, platoon commanders course, platoon sergeant course and section commanders course.
The aim was to train and assess the students in planning and conducting conventional warfare operations at section, platoon and company levels within a battalion setting.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Deputy Army Commander Brigadier General Andreas Diyeve thanked the leadership and staff of the Army Battle School for their support. He also commended the trainees for their dedication, commitment and hard work in completing the courses.
