Sport scientist: Garren Smith

Garren Smith, the founder and owner of Windhoek Pro Sports Performance Academy (WPSPA), is a prime advocate of the benefits of biokinetics. His broad knowledge of sport science and biokinetics has equipped him with skills to provide top-tier services to athletes. "Our holistic approach ensures that athletes not only reach their peak performance, but also maintain their health and well-being throughout their athletic careers," Smith explained.For the past four years, WPSPA has been at the forefront of providing a wide range of performance-enhancing services. Smith said WPSPA is committed to delivering integrated performance training through a modern, multidisciplinary approach to conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
