Namibia honoured with Edmond Blanc Prize
NAMIBIA HONOURED WITH EDMOND BLANC PRIZE: The Black Rhino Custodianship Programme has received the prestigious Edmond Blanc Prize from the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation (CIC). Danene van der Westhuyzen, a former president of the Namibia Professional Hunting Association (Napha), and Colgar Sikopo, deputy executive director in the environment ministry, accepted the award on behalf of Namibia in Doha, Qatar.
