JUST IN: 'We want to attend school'

Close to 1 000 learners failed to get placement in schools in Rundu this year.

The students, together with their parents and guardians today visited the Rundu circuit office seeking answers about what efforts are underway to address the problem.

The parents and learners say they were reportedly told that tents would be set up for them, but this did not materialise

The group then went to the Rundu police station to inquire about organising a peaceful demonstration.
