Green concludes intern crash course

NEWS IN SHORT
Staff reporter
Green Enterprise Solutions (Green) concluded its intern induction programme from 4 to 14 November, welcoming and integrating a new group of skilled and ambitious interns into the organisation.

Sixteen interns participated in the programme, with ten going on to become part of the Green team.

Throughout the induction process, the interns were taught Green’s principles, values and best practices.

Managing director Kehad Snydewel said: “To be successful in a company, it is essential to know what the different departments do and how the organisation functions."

Through presentations, workshops and team-building exercises, the cohort of interns received a crash course on navigating and being part of a successful team. Green is helping interns turn the students' theoretical and academic foundations into real-world practical skills and applications.

“They are being given the tools to develop and excel in their positions,” Snydewel said.
