Man arrested for allegedly raping girl (3)

A 35-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged rape of a three-year-old child in Windhoek’s Wanaheda area over the past long weekend.

According to the police's weekend crime report, the suspect is reportedly the boyfriend of the girl’s grandmother. The victim has been admitted to Katutura State Hospital and is currently under social care.

Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
