TransNamib partnership with Legacy yields positive results

The Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment Centre is on course to becoming one of Namibia’s leading hospitality enterprises again.This comes after TransNamib Holdings Limited and Legacy Hospitality Management joined forces in December 2021 to reopen the renowned establishment. Since then, the establishment’s healthy occupancy rate has continued to grow on a month-to-month basis, and increased revenues are a testament to the success of the partnership."We are incredibly proud of the positive results we have achieved this last year. The hotel buildings are currently being repainted, the gardens are back to their former glory, and new additions have also been made to the casino. Conferences and events are increasingly becoming more popular and will be a top priority for the business to focus on growing in 2023.
