OM SEED top 30 entrepreneurs shortlisted

The Old Mutual Sustainable Economic and Empowerment Drive (OM SEED 2.0) initiative aims to encourage entrepreneurship progression at local levels and create inclusive and sustainable businesses that will propel job creation as well as skills advancement for all Namibians with the assistance of seed capital.
Today, the Old Mutual Foundation, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Accelerator Lab, unveiled the top 30 shortlisted candidates. These candidates are selected for their business ideas and potential for growth.
Following the evaluation process of over 400 applications received, OM SEED has identified ten entrepreneurs from three regions. These entrepreneurs will compete for the opportunity to receive their share of N$300 000 in funding to fuel their business ventures.
Old Mutual Namibia Group Marketing, Public Affairs, and Sustainability Executive Mignon du Preez said, "These entrepreneurs have displayed remarkable ingenuity and dedication. We believe that their ventures have the potential to make a lasting impact on Namibia's entrepreneurial landscape."
