Kauluma, previously the CEO of FNB Namibia Retail Banking, steps into this pan-African role with a reputation for transformative leadership and a deep commitment to financial inclusion.Kauluma’s appointment comes after a rigorous selection process, reflecting FirstRand’s confidence in her ability to drive innovation and growth across its operations in key African markets, including Botswana, Mozambique, Eswatini, Zambia, Lesotho, Nigeria, and Ghana.
