NAMIBIAN CROWNED MISS PETITE GLOBAL AFRICA 2024: Bachelor of accounting student Esperanza Martins (21) represented Namibia at the 2024 Miss Petite Global pageant, which took place last weekend in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She won Best Body category and was crowned Miss Petite Global Africa, making her the first continental winner.
Martins was crowned Miss Petite Global Namibia in February. She is the second Namibian woman to take part in the pageant.
“Martins landed in the country on Monday as Miss Petite Global Africa and will continue to promote the beauty pageant in Africa as she is preparing to travel to over five African countries to help crown the next African representatives of Miss Petite Global 2025,” said Bobby Kaanjosa, the African continental director for Miss Petite Global.
