JUST IN: Everyone welcome at poetry event

Tonight, Township Productions, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut, presents their latest Poetry Session event, starting from 19:00. Attendance to these poetry sessions has grown over the years, and Township Productions expressed its gratitude for the "love and support we receive from both the poets and the audience"

"Poetry is expanding beyond the bi-monthly poetry sessions - more poetry platforms are being established, and many more writers are taking their place behind the microphone to nourish the need for truth. Namibia has become part of the global poetry scene through affiliation and participation in the World Poetry Movement (WPM)."

The event takes place at the Goethe-Institut in the capital city, and admission is free.
