Cattle struck by car, two dead

A driver struck three cattle at Mupini village on Sunday afternoon, leaving two animals dead and one injured.
According to regional police commander Commissioner Julia Sakuwa-Neo, the incident occurred around 17:20 when a silver sedan, travelling from Kavango West to East, hit the animals as they crossed the road.
The vehicle was driven by Siyamba Siyave, a 44-year-old Namibian man. The car sustained damage in the collision.
Siyave, who was alone in the vehicle, was not seriously injured but was transported to Rundu Intermediate Hospital for a check-up.
