Woman denies guilt in arson murder

Mecthilde Karomo (32), who is accused of setting her ex-boyfriend and his then-girlfriend alight in a shack at Okahandja Park three years ago, pleaded not guilty to the charges in the Windhoek High Court yesterday.
Karomo faces two charges of murder and one count of arson, alternatively malicious damage to property.
State advocate Dominic Lisulo is representing the prosecution, while Karomo is defended by lawyer Mbanga Siyomunji.
