Volkswagen Namibia shines worldwide
The leadership team from Volkswagen South Africa recently hosted dealers in Namibia for a dealer conference focusing on all aspects of the business.
The conference also celebrated the exceptional performance of the Namibian dealers who managed to achieve a 29.93% market share, making it the highest in the Volkswagen Group worldwide.
Martina Biene, the head of the Volkswagen brand, used the opportunity to host a media briefing session held at the Hilton Hotel last Wednesday.
Journalists were given a first-hand account of Volkswagen's 2019 performance, as well as the company's plans for this year, with a focus mainly on SUVs such as the T-Rock, T-Cross and the Golf 8. The new brand design featuring the new logo, as well as electric mobility was also discussed at the media briefing.
