Johnathan Harris, SYO chairperson and a grade 12 learner at Namib High School, says the organisation is discussing this option.

“I am still waiting on approval from the organisation’s council if we will host the competition online,” he said.

He explained that this year only Miss Teen Swakopmund will be crowned. Currently there are 12 finalists contesting for the title.

Renella Mathews, a grade 12 learner at Namib High School is the reigning queen and Highsty Sakarias is the current Mr Teen Swakopmund.
