Leerlinge kry tweede kans

In 'n poging om dit te bekamp, het die liefdadigheidsorganisasie Men on the Side of the Road (MSR) 10 graad 10- en 12-leerlinge gehelp om te registreer om hul skoolloopbane te voltooi.

Dít is deur me.

In 2017 is 78 lede opgelei in vaardighede soos loodgieterwerk, verfwerk, messelwerk, vurkhyserbestuur, huisbestuur, modeontwerp, motorwerktuigkundigheid, sweiswerk, noodhulp, entrepreneurskap, basiese Engels en rekenaarvaardighede.

Lede vertel:

Die 29-jarige me. Paulina Simon sê: “Toe ek die eerste keer hier aangekom het, het MSR my as werksoeker geregistreer en ook vir my opleiding in huisbestuur betaal. Dit het my welstand en vooruitsigte verbeter.”

Me. Mnr. Oscar Endjala sê hy is 'n trotse MSR-lid.

Me.
