Pole (St. Paul?’s) het die wêreldbeker van die Standard Bank K5 mini-binnenshuise hokkie 2021 gewen vir die ouderdomsgroepe vanaf o.10 tot o.16 – meisies en seuns. Pole het op die ou einde koning gekraai met ’n totaal van 41 punte. Die meisiespan het al hul wedstryde gewen en was ná elke finale ronde eerste.

Holland (Windhoek Gimnasium en Laerskool Pionierspark) het tweede plek opgeraap met 31 punte.

Die Verenigde State van Amerika (St. George’s) het die ambassadeurstrofee gewen.

Die VSA het weggestap met die geesbeker en as die skool met die beste dekor.

Die wêreldbeker het op Donderdag 30 September by die skougronde in die hoofstad afgeskop. Sewe skole het teen mekaar as verskillende lande meegeding.

“Ek wil seker maak hokkie behou sy goeie beeld sodat meer mense die sport sal ondersteun,” sê Reagan Graig, die hokkie-unie se nuut aangestelde president.
