Celebrate cancer awareness month

As we celebrate Cancer Awareness Month, My Zone visited Delta High School and asked the learners what they know about breast cancer and what they can do to assist the next person going through these hard times.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that occurs in the breast tissue and lymph nodes of females and males. You could assist a person with breast cancer by advising them to seek medical attention if they haven’t yet, or offering them support.

Breast cancer is the mutation of cells in the breast or chest area. It mainly occurs in women but sometimes can occur in men. Firstly, one should pray; secondly, you can donate to associations that help people with breast cancer, and be there for the person, motivate and love them.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that mainly occurs in women, but a small percentage of men can get it as well. I would advise people with breast cancer to improve their lifestyles and habits, and offer them emotional support every day.

Breast cancer is the occurrence whereby cancer cells vigorously multiply, causing pain in the breast area. We should love them, be there for them. Support them practically and emotionally.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that forms in the cells of the breast in many females. I believe that emotional support is very important; in most cases cancer patients break down emotionally and we need to lend a shoulder when it comes to that.
