Bulls gore Welwitschias
The Blue Bulls proved on Saturday why the Namibian team has to improve in terms of attacking play.
In Pretoria, the Vodacom Blue Bulls ran the Windhoek Draught Welwitschias ragged with a resounding 73-20 (halftime 26-13) hammering to get their campaign back to winning ways.
The home side, who had lost to the Pumas a week ago, ran in 11 tries, nine of which were converted, while the visitors could manage just two tries of their own along with two penalties. The Blue Bulls secured their bonus point before the halftime whistle. Namibia will now have to dust themselves off if they want to make an impact in this year's challenge.
Namibia made a big effort last year to try and get good results but their efforts went astray many times.
The team are back in Namibia where they will try to pick up the pace in order to do better.
