99FM - inspiring Namibians to realise their potential
STAFF REPOERTER

Over the past 10 years, 99FM has been inspiring Namibians to master their destiny - earning the reputation of a lifestyle brand that amplifies the brilliance of Namibian minds and aspirations for a better future.
As the world moves forward, humans are increasingly realising that we need less talk, and more positive, constructive action. And so 99FM is putting on its work boots with its refreshed brand - calling Namibians to step up the inspiration and do the work to craft new destinies for ourselves, our children and our country.
TribeFire Studios brand experience manager and newly appointed director for 99FM, Zellmari Brandt, said: “There is vigorous energy in the younger generations to live honest, impactful lives. 99FM is moving to amplify the voices, to be the music for the march, to a better future.”
Brand-new vibe
In a transformational project to reveal 99FM’s new brand positioning, the station roped in multidisciplinary artist and creative Martin Amushendje, award-winning make-up artist Jay-Aeron Gertze and popular visual artist and body painter Sunya ‘Krayzee Sue’ Beukes. The three worked on creating new visuals and brand imaging which is displayed on 99FM’s platforms, including its revamped website, which celebrates a brand-new vibe, fresh content and a team of dynamic staff.
