Chef dishes up cherished dishes

South African chef and writer Frik de Jager treated patrons to a six-course meal at a private residence in Herboth\'s Blick during the FNB Windhoek Woordfees over the weekend. The recipes, featured in the \'Ses Disse uit Ses Lande\' event, were curated by De Jager during his extensive travels. Each dish was accompanied by stories De Jager shared about the hosts from different countries who had shared their most beloved traditional recipes with him.
