Parents throw baby from moving car
NEWS IN SHORT
Kunene police are investigating a case in which an 18-month-old baby girl was seriously injured after allegedly being thrown by one of her parents from a moving vehicle on Saturday.
A preliminary investigation found that a farmer had taken his farm worker (29), the worker’s girlfriend (28) and their baby to Outjo for shopping.
The report said the couple, who were allegedly under the influence of alcohol, began arguing and fighting in the back of the moving vehicle.
The farmer reportedly stopped to reprimand them and started driving.
