SHOT IN THE ARM: Joy filled the Ondeipanda Primary School community near the Angola border last week after RFS Fund Administrators donated building materials worth N$35 000 to construct an additional Grade 4 classroom.
The school, located in Onaidjimba village in the Okalongo constituency, accommodates 425 learners and has been grappling with overcrowding, with up to 60 pupils sharing one Grade 4 classroom.
RFS managing director Marthinuz Fabianus, who hails from the same village, said the donation reflects the company’s commitment to education and community upliftment.
In the photo, Fabianus (second from left) is pictured with Othilie Mungobe, former school board member (left); the principal of the primary schools circuit in Okalongo, Holtensia Mukulu (second from right) and Onno Hamulungu, principal of Ondeipanda Primary School (right).
