Travel the World. Love Deeply. Leave When It’s Time

Travel the world.

Not because Instagram told you to. Not because everyone else is collecting passport stamps. Travel because the world has a way of reminding you that the life you’ve settled for is rarely the only life available to you.

Meet people who pronounce your name differently. Eat food you can’t spell. Get lost in cities that don’t know your history. Let your heart become too large to fit inside the tiny life you once accepted.

And yes, f@ck a lot.

Not as a measure of your worth. Not as a competition. But as a reminder that pleasure is not a sin, that your body belongs to you, and that intimacy can be joyful when it is chosen freely, honestly, and safely.

Seek pleasure from life.

But don’t confuse pleasure with permanence.

The best life isn’t always the easiest one. Sometimes it asks you to quit the job that slowly kills your spirit. Sometimes it asks you to move cities. Sometimes it asks you to disappoint people who only loved the version of you that stayed small.

And sometimes…

It asks you to leave that good-for-nothing lover who has given you nothing but stress for eight years of your life.

Eight years.

Eight years of excuses.

Eight years of broken promises.

Eight years of waiting for potential to become reality.

Eight years of convincing yourself that endurance is the same thing as love.

It isn’t.

Love should not feel like a prison sentence served in the hope of parole.

There comes a moment when loyalty becomes self-abandonment. When fighting for a relationship simply means fighting against yourself. When choosing peace requires walking away from the very thing you once prayed would work.

Leave.

Leave without apologising for choosing your own future.

Because there are sunsets you haven’t seen. Countries you haven’t visited. Friends you haven’t met. Versions of yourself you’ve never had the chance to become because you were too busy trying to save someone who never intended to save themselves.

Life is astonishingly short.

Don’t spend it begging for the bare minimum.

Travel the world. Chase your dreams. Laugh loudly. Fall in love if you want to, fall in love with life, and most importantly with different versions of yourself. Have unforgettable adventures. Collect stories instead of regrets.

Most importantly, build a life that feels so full that no one person’s inability to love you properly can ever convince you that your world is small.

The world is waiting.

Go live in it.
