MTC sweeps top honours at 2025 Brand Africa Awards

Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) cemented its standing as a powerhouse in the African telecommunications sector after scooping the Grand Prix Most Admired African Brand – Telecommunications prize at the 2025 Brand Africa Awards. The prestigious ceremony was held last Monday at the Hilton Hotel in Windhoek.Now in its 15th year, the Brand Africa Awards recognise brands that are shaping the continent through excellence in leadership, social responsibility and market presence. MTC emerged as the biggest winner of the day, walking away with five major accolades that underscore its influence both locally and across the continent.In addition to its Grand Prix title, MTC was named the Most Admired Namibian Brand, Most Admired African Brand (Aided Recall), Most Admired Namibian Brand Doing Good for Society and the Environment, and Most Admired Namibian Brand Contributing to a Better Africa.
