Information and Communication Technology Minister Emma Theofelus has urged Namibians to use social media responsibly to promote unity and national pride. Speaking during an engagement with editors in Windhoek, she said the Ethical Use of Social Media Campaign under the National Pride Programme encourages citizens to reject cyberbullying, hate speech, and misinformation. Theofelus called on media houses to help raise awareness and foster a safer, more respectful digital environment.
