Rössing Uranium handed over a donation of N$100 000 to the Walvis Bay Child and Family Centre, supporting efforts to improve services for vulnerable children yesterday. The donation will be used to establish a dedicated play therapy room at the Centre. The facility will include soft flooring and specialised equipment designed to support motor skills development and provide a safe therapeutic environment for children. Speaking during the handover, Rössing Uranium general manager for human capital, safety and sustainability, Liezl Davies, commended the Centre for its work in supporting children and families in need. She said the company remains committed to contributing to initiatives that promote child development and community wellbeing.
