#JustIn: Swakop learner dies at school
A 15-year-old student, Benjamin Sheelongo, collapsed and died in class this morning around 09:00 at Swakopmund Secondary School (SSS).
EMED Rescue Services were called and upon their arrival the pupil was declared dead by the paramedics.
Erongo regional inspector Ileni Shapumba confirmed the report, saying no foul play was suspected, but an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. The next of kin have been informed. Police investigations continue.
