The O&L Group unveiled its new Persona Song, a celebration created in collaboration with renowned Namibian artist Sally Boss Madam that brings together the company’s workforce under one beat. The O&L Persona Song is now available on YouTube and Spotify for the whole nation to join in.

The song, featuring choreography by Equipped Performance Arts & Corporate Affairs Academy and lyrics by Yarubbi Lushetile and the O&L BrandX team, joins the legacy of previous O&L songs such as “We Are One” by EES, “Mwenyopaleka mix” by Oteya and “We Are O&L” by Big Ben.

“It was a great experience working with the team and one that will definitely remain a positive memory,” said Sally Boss Madam. “The O&L Persona song speaks to everything I believe in and stand for. I’m humbled by the warm welcoming atmosphere by everyone - from the beginning of the project to the very last day.”

The Persona Song reflects O&L’s core values while showcasing the company’s commitment to supporting local talent. “The song is a celebration of our authentic spirit – being true to who we are. It’s about caring for our business and for each other and about being passionate – giving our best to everything we do,” said Franziska Rüeck, chief experience officer at O&L. The initiative moves beyond corporate culture into celebration, encouraging employees at every level to participate and embody the spirit of teamwork that defines the O&L family, bringing joy and energy to workplaces across Namibia.
