SHORT NEWS: Kröhne inaugurates PetroFund head office in Windhoek
The Petroleum Training and Development Education Fund (PetroFund) yesterday officially inaugurated its new head office in Windhoek, a building the institution moved into in 2021. PetroFund CEO Nillian Mulemi said the milestone marks a major step in strengthening Namibia’s oil and gas skills base, adding that the new headquarters fulfils a long-standing national vision to build and deploy local expertise in the petroleum sector. She described the building as “a symbol of unity, progress and opportunity” for Namibians who stand to benefit from future industry growth. The mines deputy minister, Gaudentia Kröhne, inaugurated the building.
