Murder suspect arrested

Police yesterday arrested an 18-year-old man in Windhoek in connection with the brutal murder of transwoman Christof Fredricks in Otjomuise last week. Another suspect, who is known to the police, is on the run. Fredricks’ body was found with her private parts removed, amid suspicion that the attack was a hate crime.
