#JustIn: Okahandja elders protest against water

Disgruntled elderly members of the Okahandja community have taken to the streets to demonstrate against the town's current CEO, Alphons Tjitombo.

This follows RedForce shutting down water supplies at the homes of individuals who have outstanding municipal debt. Videos: Jemimah Ndebele
