Ngurare assesses Windhoek challenges
Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the City of Windhoek as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration between central government and the municipality.
Windhoek mayor Sakarias Uunona described the visit as a powerful demonstration of partnership, collaboration and shared accountability in advancing service delivery for the people of Windhoek.
City chief executive officer Moses Matyayi and strategic executives provided insights into the municipality's operations and service delivery challenges.
The engagement is expected to contribute to stronger cooperation between the national government and the City of Windhoek, with a shared focus on improving municipal services and addressing the needs of residents.
