#JUSTIN: DBN to award top learner

The spokesperson of the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN), Jerome Mutumba, says the bank will award the best performing learner in grade 12 at Oshikunde Combined School in the Ohangwena Region with N$20 000 cash.

Mutumba made this announcement today at his visit to the school.
