HISTORY LESSON: Delegates visited, among others, the museum of the Communist Party of China in Beijing, which documents the country's brutal wars against Japanese invasion of China and the ensuing civil war among the locals, which left many dead. The revolutionary triumphs of the party’s revered chairman, Mao Zedong, are well documented by in the museum.
