Teen rapes minor

A 15-year-old boy from Okalindi village in the Omusati Region’s Oshikuku constituency allegedly raped an eight-year-old girl.
Although the incident has been reported to the police, the suspect has not yet been arrested.
Omusati police regional commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson, said the incident took place on Sunday, 21 May.
It is alleged that the suspect raped the minor, who was alone in the house at the time.
“This happened after the suspect went to the victim's house for a bath,” he said.
The victim’s aunt reported the crime. Police investigations into the matter continue.
