#JustIn: ACC to serve summons regarding funded trips

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says it will serve summons to respective heads of the public enterprises that funded trips of higher education minister Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi, for them to depose affidavits and confirm proof provided so far to ACC by the ministry.

The ACC says it is so far “satisfied” with documents received from the ministry and found it “plausible” that the minister had requested line institutions to foot her travel bills.
