Reward offered in sex worker murder case
The police are offering a N$30 000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest of the person who killed Magdalena Eixas.
The body of Eixas, 27, a sex worker, was discovered by a tourist after it was dumped between Otjiwarongo and Otavi about two weeks ago.
In press statement, police spokesperson Edwin Kanguatjivi said the only information available to the police is that Eixas was picked up on April 13 at around 04:00 on Sam Nujoma Drive, Windhoek, by a middle-aged man who was driving a gray sedan with cheetah logos on both front doors.
He said anyone with information on the case should contact Detective Chief Inspector Kharuchab at 081 260 9153, Detective Sergeant Eiseb at 081 615 6432 or the nearest police station.
