Namibia climbs in governance index
Namibia is ranked 4th out of 54 African countries on the 2018 Ibrahim Index of African Governance.
Last year, the country held the 5th spot.
The top five countries this year are: Mauritius, Seychelles, Cabo Verde, Namibia and Botswana.
