An article by Nampa, published in the Namibian Sun of 5 May 2020 under the heading 'Journalists are not hand-clappers - Nakuta', quoted media ombudsman John Nakuta saying since his appointment nearly three years ago, his office has only received six complaints from the public. Nakuta has now clarified that his office in fact receives, on average, three complaints per month. We apologise for sharing incorrect information. - Editor
