Long queues at Outapi, voters restless
Nearly an hour after polling stations opened at Outapi, voters are already restless and complaining about the voting process, which they claim is too slow. Some are contemplating going back home and return later to cast their votes, but they fear EVMs might not work later robbing them a chance to vote.
