Release all of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck or keep you repeating the same patterns in your life over and over.
Henriette Lamprecht
Henriette Lamprecht - In the 1980s, a man called René-Claudius Schümperli - who was quite ill himself - concluded through research that the first neck vertebrae in all humans and most mammals, the Atlas, is twisted and in an unstable position from birth onwards.

"This causes an imbalance in our bodies, hence resulting in many different health issues and body weaknesses on a physical, mental and energetic level," explains Elke Schenk, a certified practitioner and facilitator for training for Atlas and Body in Balance for humans and animals.

Elke explains the result of these imbalances can vary from food intolerances, insomnia, depression, panic attacks, and dyslexia to jaw and teeth problems. Accidents, falls, and difficult births can make the twisting even more severe.

According to Elke, a method called the Sound Codes is used to get the Atlas to move in its optimum position - all by itself. This ancient form of therapy was adapted by Elisabeth Westermann, who lives in northern Germany. She is the founder of the Soundcode Academy, where she trains therapists from all over the world - Elke being one of them.

The Atlas and Body in Balance therapy consists of three separate treatments for humans and one for animals. The first treatment is to balance the Atlas and Axis, all vertebrae, address traumas and tense muscles, liberation, and treating different issues that show up in the session as well as a vertical alignment.

The second treatment - which takes place 2 to 4 weeks after the first treatment - focuses on the coccyx, and (again) all vertebrae, tense muscles, traumas, and whatever shows up during the session, as well as vertical alignment.

The third treatment is 6 to 9 months after the second treatment and addresses the horizontal alignment.

"The Atlas in Balance session is usually done only once in your life, except in the case of a severe accident, fall, or blow to the head. It may then be necessary to follow up with another session. The same goes for the second session (Body in Balance). In some cases, it may be necessary to do a follow-up session or just a touch-up session," says Elke.

When the body is in its natural straightened position, many health issues on a physical, mental, and energetic level will most likely resolve, she explains.

She and many other practitioners have observed “miraculous”’ changes in people and animals.

“Horses move straight, with more ease, and physically challenged horses have shown clear eyes and clean strides with their backs and tails swinging in a natural, loosened-up rhythm. Meanwhile, older dogs and cats became more energetic and agile again, and some aggressive behaviour in horses, dogs, and cats has turned around to more gentleness and affection. Skittishness also seems to resolve.”

People have observed that pains in the body just disappeared, stumbling of the elderly has resolved, depression and other mental issues were getting better, and children with ADHD showed profound improvements.

She was always interested in the natural ways of healing her life, says Elke, which prompted her to do a lot of research, learn all she could find, and get involved where she can. While it started with herbs and natural remedies, Elke was already trained in Reiki as a young adolescent. More courses would follow. In 2013, she became involved with BodyTalk, and in the following year, she passed the exam to become a certified BodyTalk Practitioner. The following year, Elke was introduced to the “absolutely amazing work of Access Consciousness”, which she includes in her everyday life and all the sessions she does with people and animals. In 2016 she became an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator. Always eager to learn more about natural ways to heal the mind, body, and soul, Elke did her training as a practitioner for kinesiology for weight loss in 2018. The following year, she started her training as a practitioner for Atlas and Body in Balance - which she completed in Germany at the end of 2019.

“More advanced training followed up till today. With the same instructor, I also did my training as a practitioner for Psychoenergetic Coaching in 2020, and this year I became a facilitator for training Atlas and Body in Balance.”

One of the most well-known practices in Access Consciousness is the Bars, Elke explains.

“Access Bars is the very core and foundation of Access Consciousness.”

The Bars are 32 points on the head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive.

“It's like hitting the delete button on your computer. All of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that keep you stuck or make you keep repeating the same patterns in your life over and over are released.”

The Access Bars is a touch-point therapy that quiets the mind, thus lowering stress levels.

“It brings us back into balance and creates ease, peace, and a sense of well-being.”

By gently touching the different points on the head, it initiates a discharge of the electro-magnetic charge held in the brain and tied to the beliefs, points of view, judgements, and definitions creating limitations in different areas of our lives, Elke explains.

“Studies on the effectiveness of the Bars in people that are suicidal, or suffering from panic attacks and depression, show that their well-being improved by more than 80% in all cases.”

According to Elke, the Bars are for everyone - especially kids and teens, who hugely benefit from it as it not only lowers the stress level but also clears the head and mind. Schoolchildren often experience more clarity and ease when learning, which often shows better results in schoolwork.

Children and adults that suffer from ADHD and/or hyperactivity, as well as people suffering from panic attacks, depression, or suicidal thoughts, can greatly benefit from Bars sessions.

“This work has changed my life tremendously! I experience more ease and joy in my life, most of the tasks I start are so much easier, and my head feels clear.” –[email protected]; www.accessconsciousness.com; www.dao-tha.com; https://youtu.be/uk9KTJL_SZc; https://youtu.be/uk9KTJL_SZc; https://youtu.be/2yIKv_CaPDo; https://youtu.be/7rfdfLp3E9U
