Bidvest Nam widens acquisition net, disposes of BidFish

Bidvest Namibia Property Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of locally listed Bidvest Namibia, has acquired the remaining shares in Namsov Industrial Properties and United Fishing Enterprises, the company said in an announcement on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX).
Bidvest Namibia now owns 100% of both companies.
Bidvest Namibia has also disposed of the entire issued share capital of Bidvest Namibia Fisheries Holdings to Tunacor Fisheries, it said.
Bidvest Namibia ended at N$7.77 per share on the Local Index of the NSX this afternoon.
